Mama Cashew is the First Fairtrade-certified cashew nut processor in East Africa. Starting our journey in October 2021, we work with more than 1600 farmers and 600 employees in Mtwara, Tanzania to source, process, and export sustainable and traceable cashew nuts. We aim to promote local jobs for Tanzanian women and sustainability in the cashew industry.
